On Monday and Tuesday the European Parliament will hold its regular plenary session. There are several crucial issues to be discussed. Firstly, the EU budget for 2013 as well as multiannual financial framework 2014-2020 will be discussed both on Monday and Tuesday. Secondly, the outcomes of the last European Council held on 18-19 October, especially economic and monetary union plans will be one of the most discussed topics. Finally, resolution on passenger rights will be put on vote on Tuesday.
