AmCham EU: A new agenda for transatlantic economic cooperation

The transatlantic economy remains the largest, most prosperous and most innovative of its kind in the world – and it continues to grow.

With TTIP currently on hold, however, and in light of a number of challenges to the bilateral relationship and to the broader global economy, strong political leadership will be required in order to build a positive transatlantic economic agenda for the years to come.

It its new policy proposal, AmCham EU highlights a number of areas in which the EU and the US could work together to develop their economic ties and promote new global standards. AmCham EU looks forward to working with policy-makers and stakeholders on both sides of the Atlantic in pursuit of this important goal.
