The brochure is AmCham EU’s contribution to brining more facts and industry examples of ongoing transatlantic cooperation in this very important sector. Speakers included reps from the EU, US Government and industry as well as from media. Discussions focused on the value of transatlantic cooperation in the space, security and defence domains and on some of the challenges. Examples of existing cooperation between EU and US industry in defence and space were highlighted. Overall the key message of the event and of the brochure is that continued cooperation on the political, economic and military levels is crucial for both the EU and US.
