Big logistics park in Dobrovíz changed its owner when it was nearly for 4.2 bn CZK (150 million EUR) bought by AEW Europe through its fund Logistis from the previous owner the developer company Panattoni Europe. This is AEW Europe and Logistis fund first acquisition in the Czech Republic following long-term goal of establishing the network of logistics centres across the Europe. The Dobrovíz park is already well known because one of the companies using its capacities is going to be Amazon with its warehouse with the expected area of 125 000 sg. Meters and with 2 000 stable and 3 000 seasonal employees. Although Panattoni Europe sold the area it is going to oversee the construction and then perform the maintenance of the logistics park. Panattoni already discussed technical and environmental issues with Dobrovíz and signed the Contract of Cooperation with the Dobrovíz municipality and with local NGOs.
