Builing Savings Act amendment

The Government passed the amendment of the Building Savings Act at its session on April 18. In the future, savings could be used only for the purposes of building or reconstruction. Currently, savings can be used for any intentions. This aspect is being criticized because of the state supports such savings. The amendment also stipulates that any banks can provide the building saving as a financial product in order to raise competition in this branch. The amendment should come into force in 2014. The Chamber of Deputies has not scheduled the discussion of the amendment yet.
