Deputies of the Dawn of Direct Democracy parliamentary party group (Úsvit přímé demokracie) have proposed the Bill on Economic Managing of Public Property (zákon o péči řádného hospodáře). The Bill contains two provisions that should amend the current Act on Czech Republic State Property (zákon o majetku České republiky) and the Act on Budgetary Rules (zákon o rozpočtových pravidlech). Both the provision stipulates that either a politician or a public official should manage the given property in a responsible and reasonable way. The Bill follows the New Civil Code provisions that any public officials and elected candidates should treat the mandate with necessary responsibility, loyalty and awareness of any consequential problems.
