Government: civil judicial reviews amended

At its session on 27 February, the Government approved the Act on Special Judicial Reviews (zákon o zvláštních soudních řízeních). The Bill reflects changes of the New Civil Code (implementing new terminology). The Bill regulates judicial reviews as it divides the current state of civil reviews into two separate branches. Law suits without any dispute (determination of the state by the court) should be treated in accordance with that act onward. The Ministry of Justice as the proposer of the Bill expects that the Bill would simplify civil judicial reviews and as a side-effect it should cheapen the civil suits.
The Bill is heading to the Chamber of Deputies.
