Ministry of Justice: public register of legal and natural persons

As a part of the new Civil Code implementation process, the Government passed a proposal of the Ministry of Justice on the Act on Public Registers of Legal and Natural Persons at its last session on 3 April. Apart from reflection of recent changes in the Civil Code, the aim of the Bill is to simplify the process of public registering. Doing so, there is no significant difference in registering into business register and other registers that are under administration of register courts. Furthermore, the Bill enables registering by a notary in stipulated cases. As a consequence of negotiation with the Ministry of Finance, the Bill also stipulates a unified public accessibility to information contained in the register. The Bill has been discussed with specialist in commercial law.
The Bill is heading to the Chamber of Deputies.
