A MP´s amendment to the Act on Co-ownership to Buildings and Certain Ownership Relations to Apartments will go through the second and third reading during the plenary session starting on January 26. It abolishes a two-track system of decision-making (consortium of owners vs. individual owners), lowers voting quorum, introduces voting per rollam, stipulates that a lien would always belong to a consortium of owners etc. The Government will support the amendment, if several changes are made. More
