A draft Act on Abolishing Bearers´ Shares (954) by ČSSD and Green Party MPs is planned for the first reading. The draft act forces a transformation of stock bearers´ certificates (listinné akcie na jméno) into stock name certificates or registered shares (listinné akcie na jméno či zaknihované akcie). An amendment to the Act on Energy Management (727) submitted by a group of ČSSD MPs should go through the second and third reading. The piece stipulates the State Energy Concept and its changes be in the future suggested by the government and adopted by the Chamber of Deputies.
