On 23rd – 27th February 2015 Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka is going to visit South Korea in effort to strengthen economic diplomacy, acquire new foreign investments and create new workplaces. During his visit PM Bohuslav Sobotka is going to meet Korean president Park Geun-hye, later PM is to open entrepreneur forum and also the exhibition in the Czech Centre in Seoul. Main topics of discussion should include cooperation in research and development, in energy policy and in strengthening of tourism. In accordance with the program also entrepreneurs sent by Czech Chamber of Commerce and academic workers will also constitute the Czech delegation. As for the governmental part of the delegation also Minister of Transportation and Deputy Ministers of Defense, Foreign Affairs, Industry and Commerce or Regional Development would be present. Last Czech Prime Minister to visit South Korea was Miloš Zeman in 2001 that was 14 years ago.
