The Government passed a decree on capping gas price at 3,025 CZK per kWh incl. VAT. This cap applies to 100% of consumption of households and entities with consumption of up to 630 MWh. This cap also applies to 80% of the highest consumption in the past five years for small and medium-sized enterprises (up to 250 employees, turnover around 1.25bn CZK) with consumption of 630 up to 4,200 MWh. The Government passed a decree on capping electricity price at 6,05 CZK per kWh, incl. VAT. The cap will apply to 100% of consumption of low voltage users, both households and other entities. The cap will apply to 80% of the highest consumption in the past five years for small and medium-sized enterprises (up to 250 employees, turnover around 1.25bn CZK) who are users of high and very high voltage network. More.
