The EU recovery aims to save the economy, and change politics

The proposed EU  recovery program represents an attempt to transform the power relationship between the EU and its member states, and its influence over the economic development of the continent. This is more than an argument over which member state gets the best slice of the pie: this is an attempt to shift the power of economic policy making to the Commission and to introduce the power of the EU to collect tax revenue from EU citizens.

Czech Permanent Mission to the UN: The Czech Republic Presents Its National Voluntary Review on Sustainable Development

The Czech Republic presented its National voluntary review on Sustainable Development, Czech Permanent Mission to the UN reports: "Analysis of the relevance of the SDGs in the national context shows that all the SDGs and most of the targets of the 2030 Agenda are applicable at the national level. While none of the SDGs have been fully accomplished, each goal contains areas where the Czech Republic scores well and which can be considered as strengths."
