Ministry of Regional Development announced on its Public Procurement and Concessions Portal survey regarding new Public Procurement Act which is to be drafted and discussed in government and in parliament. Ministry is interested in gathering opinions from the general public for the creation of paragraphed version of the act. Ministry’s action is following acceptation of the three EU directives accepted by EU Council this February and their implementation to the national legal order.
