At RENOMIA, we immediately began to address the situation on several levels. The crisis team led by Ondřej Witowski, Director of the RENOMIA NETWORK and member of the Board of Directors of RENOMIA, is coordinating assistance in resolving insurance claims not just for our clients, but also for those who are not among our clients.
Our claim managers visited the disaster site from the Brno branch, which is closest to the affected regions. We have adjusted the operating system of our telephone hotline for resolving damages so that those affected by this natural disaster receive the fastest possible assistance, and our clients in the region were also sent an SMS with an offer of assistance. In cooperation with insurers, we are looking for other ways to help the people affected by this tragedy.
We are also doing everything we can to support our clients and their families. We have decided to contribute CZK 1,000,000 (app. EUR 38,500) from our VOICE OF THE HEART charity fund for immediate humanitarian aid to the affected areas.
