According to the portal of the Czech Government, the Czech Council for the Fight Against Corruption rejected draft act on Public Procurement on 22 June 2015 and proposed that the draft act should be rewritten, the reason being great number of comments from the inter-ministerial round of comments. The Government may, but also may not abide by the Council resolutions. The Council recommended the Government to pass the draft Act on State Prosecution.
