Representatives of Ministry and company OTIDEA reviewed the electronic marketplaces, that are compulsory for public officials from July 2012. According to a survey conducted by OTIDEA ¾ of contractors consider using electronic marketplace as transparent and objective. According to 60% of contractors it brings cut costs, for example, but no on paper consumption, neither the number of employees working on public contracts has not decreased.
