The Ministry of Trade and Industry has proposed a directive regulating public support (vyhláška o veřejné podpoře) based on the Act on Invest Incentives (zákon o investičních pobídkách). The directive stipulates conditions under which the incentive may be provided. ‘High tech’, high-value added projects, and projects in regions of state support or project in regions with unemployment rate over 50 per cent of average unemployment rate shall be subsidized. The subsidy may be provided if the project passes at least one of the conditions. The directive also defines the level of the public support. 
The Ministry welcomes any comments till 13 December.
