According to the planes.cz server, Transavia Airlines will add two more Eindhoven-Prague flights per week in winter 2016/17 - a Saturday flight from 5 November 2016 and additional Monday flight from 7 November 2016. Read details here (in Czech). 

From 16 May onwards, KLM will offer 5 flights connecting Prague with Amsterdam per day, adding a new flight leaving from Prague at 15:35. Details here.
