On 13 June, the Senate passed the amendment to the Act on Public Support (zákon o veřejné podpoře) (passed by the Chamber of Deputies on 2 May). According to the Act, a new register should be set up to record any financial support provided by public budgets. The aim of the register is to control efficient and appropriate public support spending and granting process. The Bill is heading to the President; the Bill should come into force in next month after the President has signed it.
